Fafabet is undergoing major platform upgrade and system enhancements. This upgrade is part of our long-term commitment to providing a better and more reliable experience for our customers.

New Registrations

We will stop accepting new customer registrations from 1st October 2025.

Website and App Access

The Fafabet website and mobile apps will no longer be available from 1st October 2025. Customers will not be able to log in or access their accounts after this date.

Withdrawals & Account Queries

Existing customers may contact Customer Support via [email protected] to check balances and withdraw funds until 31st October 2025.

After this date, you will have until 30th November 2025 to withdraw remaining funds by contacting Customer Support.

Unclaimed Funds

During the period of our platform upgrade, customer accounts are temporarily suspended and deposits are securely retained.

If we are unable to return funds after reasonable attempts, these balances will remain safely held until our upgraded website is relaunched.

Once the upgraded platform is live again, all remaining balances will continue to be available and visible in customers' accounts, allowing customers to log in and withdraw their funds at any time.

Open Bets

All open bets placed before 1st October 2025 will be honoured in full.

Ante-post bets placed on or after 1st October 2025 will be voided and stakes returned.
